CDL Personnel is an independent Recruitment Agency based in Colchester in the heart of Essex, established in 2022.
After many years working in recruitment and specialising in the Driving and Logistics sector around Essex, local recruitment entrepreneur Chesney Lee decided to launch his own, specialist Driving Recruitment Agency to help bridge the gap between drivers seeking work, and haulage companies looking for logistics staff for short-term or long-term vacancies.
CDL was incorporated in May 2022 and provides employment services to job seekers and businesses seeking to fill vacancies across the Essex and Suffolk area in the Driving & Logistics sector.
