Managing Director
Managing Director Chesney Lee has been in the Recruitment Industry for 11 years starting as a trainee and has worked his way up through the ranks. Being born in bred in Essex and now living in Suffolk Chesney has a vast amount of knowledge throughout the area and has great relationships with clients and candidates in both counties.
Jack Heron
Driving Division
Jack – Heading up the Driving division is Jack Heron who started his career as an agency temp so has worked on both side of the fence and really understands what it means to be a temp and how working for a good agency can make all the difference after doing recruitment for 2 years Jack has also built up great relationships with both clients and candidates.
Madeline Pierce
Payroll Administrator
Hi I’m Maddie! I have worked in logistics and freight for 3 years of my career, and also run my own photography business. I love providing a great service to clients and make a top notch cuppa. I’m excited to be part of the CDL team as the Payroll Administrator.
Emily Cox
Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Starting In 2024 as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant Emily has come on leaps and bounds since her first day and is already out on the road visiting both current and new clients.
Georgia Wilkins
Payroll and Compliance Manager
Georgia joined CDL back in 2024 and is now heading up our Payroll and Compliance Division! Since joining CDL Georgia has gone from Trainee Administrator to now managing the whole of our temp payroll and makes sure CDL is fully compliant.
